We’ve built a fulfillment system designed to take merch management off your plate — from screen printing and storage to online sales and global shipping. Whether you’re launching your first product or need a long-term logistics partner, we’re here to help.

FULFILLMENT LOGISTICS

HOW WE HANDLE YOUR PRODUCTS
  • We run our own curated online store, stocked with records, apparel, and merch from bands and labels across the world — primarily in the post-rock and post-metal scenes. If your project fits that world, we’re happy to bring it into the A Thousand Arms Store and handle everything in-house.

    That said, we’re flexible. If it makes more sense to keep your own webstore, we can connect to most major e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, BigCartel, Bandcamp, etc.) and fulfill orders directly from there. Either way, you get reliable inventory management, streamlined shipping, and the freedom to focus on creating — not order logistics.

  • We keep your inventory safe, organized, and ready to ship — whether it’s shirts, records, tapes, posters, or anything else you sell. Our warehouse is climate-controlled and built to handle both short runs and long-term storage.

    We’ll keep track of your stock and send you low-inventory alerts so you know when it’s time to restock. No more guessing. No more digging through boxes. Just a system that works quietly in the background so your store stays running smoothly.

    Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve outgrown your garage or practice space, we’ve got room to scale with you.

  • Once your order comes in — through our store or yours — we take it from there. We pack every order with care, ship promptly to customers worldwide, and make sure your products arrive in good condition.

    We offer:

    • Domestic and international shipping

    • Hands-off order processing

    • Custom packaging and branded inserts (if desired)

    • Tracking info sent to your customers automatically

    • Monthly reports so you can see what sold

    No more late-night packing sessions or endless post office runs. We handle fulfillment so you can stay focused on your work.

  • We offer two fulfillment models depending on your needs:

    1. FULL SERVICE (E-Commerce + Warehousing + Shipping)
    We host your products directly on the A Thousand Arms Store, handle customer orders, and take care of everything from inventory to international shipping.

    Our store is a curated space with a focus on post-rock, post-metal, and adjacent genres — that’s our community and where we feel most at home. If your music or brand fits within that world, we’re happy to bring you into the main storefront.

    That said, we also work with artists and labels outside those boundaries. In those cases, we can still offer full service support and e-commerce integration — even if your products aren’t listed in the main store navigation. We’ll find a setup that works for your project while keeping the curated feel of the shop intact.

    You only pay fulfillment fees when something sells:

    • 2xLPs: $8

    • LPs/10”s: $6

    • 7”s, CDs, Cassettes, Shirts, Posters: $4–5

    • Hoodies: $8

    • Hats, Stickers, Pins, Tote Bags: $2–5

    No setup fees. No storage fees. Just clear, per-order pricing. Shipping costs are charged to the customer at checkout — nothing comes out of your pocket.

    2. FULFILLMENT ONLY (Warehousing + Shipping)
    Already have your own store? We’ll integrate with it and fulfill your orders behind the scenes. You handle the storefront — we handle the logistics.

    • Fulfillment fee: $2–$3 per item shipped, depending on the product

    • Monthly warehousing fee: $25 per shelf (based on storage space required)

    • Inventory management: Included, with monthly reporting

    Shipping costs are passed through to you at carrier rates, with additional charges for shipping materials. All fulfillment and shipping-related fees are billed monthly.

  • We come from the music world, and that’s still where our roots are. Most of our clients are bands, record labels, or small-run creators with a strong visual identity and a desire to do things right.

    That said, if you’re building something creative — whether it’s art, apparel, or a brand of your own — and need a fulfillment partner who understands quality and intention, we’re open to collaborating.

    If you care about the details, we’ll get along.

  • We ship most orders within 1–2 business days of when they’re placed. Tracking numbers are sent automatically to your customers, and we handle support issues promptly if anything comes up.

    If you’re working with us directly, we aim to respond to messages and questions within 24 hours — usually faster. We treat your merch like our own, and we don’t leave things hanging.
